Greetings from
Taos!
We are in the
midst of a wild, snowy winter.
The watersheds, arroyos and reservoirs will be filling
up this spring with over 120" to date, of winter snow
runoff. It is going to be a
kayak/rafter dream summer.
My work
continues. Flowers remain my fascination. I
value the inspiration and enlightenment they provide
me. My Father, who recently
passed away, taught me that flowers
are just little messengers of love and joy. If you allow it,
they will bring you closer to your spirit than any
church or sermon could ever hope to.
I will remain connected to his spirit through my connection
with his beloved flowers.
Don't miss my "new" large giclees on canvas. It is an
inexpensive and "enormously" fun way to collect art. If you
see an image on my "Fine Art Reproduction" page that
you think you might like to see in a
larger format...let me know. I am happy to work with you to
bring you the image of your choice.
My "process" page
features a new commission piece that I recently
finished for a collector. They enjoyed the process of
watching their ideas turn to
fruition.
I've been growing
mushrooms! A Christmas gift from my sister. I'm
sure there will be a mushroom popping up in a piece of
work somewhere this spring.
Thank you for the
support you continue to shower on me
and my work. I am grateful.
BJ
